ABOUT REVTECH PARTNERS

RevTech Partners was founded in 2023 by three industry experts with diverse backgrounds and a shared passion for improving healthcare and dental organizations through smarter technology and operational intelligence. What began as a focused initiative to identify payer underpayments using AI-driven tools quickly evolved into a broader mission: helping organizations improve visibility, streamline operations, reduce revenue leakage, and ensure patient care remains the top priority. In 2024, RevTech Partners expanded its leadership team by bringing on an additional expert in Revenue Cycle Management and Operations, further strengthening the organization’s operational and industry expertise. Together, the four co-founders make up RevTech Partners.


Every practice, DSO, and MSO we’ve worked with faces similar challenges: disconnected systems, outdated workflows, and critical data spread across multiple platforms with little true operational visibility. Too often, leadership teams are forced to make decisions from fragmented reports instead of real-time operational intelligence that clearly identifies breakdowns, denials, and revenue leakage. RevTech Partners was built by experienced healthcare and dental operators who understand those frustrations firsthand. Together with National Data Solutions and MaximizeRCM Consulting, we combine AI-powered technology, operational intelligence, and real-world RCM expertise to help organizations improve visibility, reduce denials, streamline workflows, and build a stronger foundation for growth.

Brett McParland, CEO & Founder

Healthcare informatician and entrepreneur with over 25 years leading transformative data initiatives in the medical and dental sectors. Founder of both RevTech Partners and National Data Solutions, bridging advanced technology, hands-on consulting, and data-driven insights to help healthcare organizations boost revenue, streamline operations, and enhance patient care.


Thomas Barrington, Director of Operations

Leads delivery of every RevTech and NDS client engagement from initial SOW through go-live and ongoing operations. Extensive experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects across data warehouse builds, platform deployments, managed IT rollouts, and RCM modernizations for DSOs nationwide. Owns the Plan-Analyze-Design-Build-Deploy-Operate lifecycle end to end of RevTech

David Skelton, Co-Founder

With more than 30 years of healthcare finance and operational leadership experience, he has served as CFO for multiple private equity-backed healthcare organizations ranging from startup growth companies to enterprises exceeding $1 billion in revenue across sectors including specialty dental, dialysis, surgery centers, behavioral health, specialty pharmacy, physician practice management, and healthcare technology.

Cissy Mangrum, MBA, CMPE, CPC, Chief Revenue Cycle Officer, and Co-Founder

Over 30 years of revenue cycle management experience specializing in dental and healthcare organizations. Leads MaximizeRCM operations, implementing scalable solutions that enhance payer contracting, streamline processes, and improve financial accuracy.
